By using the high purity casein as main ingredient, we are also manufacturing Casein based laminating glue for Laminating pressboard industries and Electrical-Component industries which offers excellent low conductivity, neutral pH and very low viscosity. Laminating board prepared by using our casein based laminating glue offers very good flexural strength and also high oil absorption.+

Casein based laminating glue
Casein based laminating glue is prepared from high purity selected ingredients with precise manufacturing controls. It is formulated to confirm all the properties as per IEC 60763-3-1 LB. 3.1A.1. As it is compatible to transformer oil and having excellent bonding properties, it is used for laminating pressboards which are used in powder & distribution transformers. It is also used for Electrical-Component as an Insulating Adhesive.

Flexural strength is a material property defined as the stress in a material just before it yields in bending or curving. Laminated board manufactured by using our Casein based laminating glue offers excellent flexural strength in MD and CMD as having pH near to neutral which gives strength to board.

As our Casein based Laminating glue is prepared from high purity selected ingredients with precise manufacturing controls, it offers very low conductivity which is very essential for laminated board used in transformers.
